- We only accept the following formats for artwork: PSD/JPEG/PNG/PDF. PSD file is highly recommended for us to directly view the image size and other details.
- If you are submitting the artwork in PSD format, please flatten the image first to avoid misprints. (Except for Spot UV or Hot Stamping Orders)
- All artwork has to be submitted to us in print-ready size, i.e. if the card is 90 x 54 (mm), the artwork (in PSD/JPEG/PNG/PDF) has to be 90 x 54 (mm). No bleeding area/crop lines required.

- Replication or editing of artwork is priced at S$50 (one-off) per design. Subsequent name, designation or any minor changes are free of charge. A maximum of 3 design changes from the first artwork draft sent are allowed.
- Only minor design changes which do not deviate much from the initial design concept is allowed.

- All business cards are full colour and printed on both sides. Single side and double side printing cost the same price.
- Please take note of artwork submission for the following below:
- Frosted Plastic Card (280gsm) - Standard Card Size of 90 x 54 (mm)
- Safe Area (4mm from edges) i.e. if final card size is 90 x 54 (mm), safe area is 86 x 50 (mm)
- Bleeding Area (2mm all round) i.e. if final card size is 90 x 54 (mm), artwork submitted should be 92 x 56 (mm)

- NO changes to your order are allowed to be made once your order has been processed.
Your order will only be processed after artwork and payment confirmation.
- Invoice will be emailed to buyer once artwork is approved
- Billing details include address, name, company, phone number and email address.
Collection of Products
- Our typical lead time is 4-13 days (after artwork and payment confirmation) for the printed materials to be either ready for collection or delivery if the order is placed on a working day. It depends on the type of product and day of the order. Please check with us for the tentative collection day before your order.
- Kindly note that if you'd require collection by the following week, we would require to process your order by 4 p.m. on the Friday of the week before your collection (Applicable to Business Cards, Flyers, Letterheads, Stickers, Booklets & Invitation Cards).
- Kindly note that if you'd require collection by the following week, we would require to process your order by 4 p.m. on the Thursday of the week before your collection (Applicable to Car Decals & Folders)
- Kindly note that if you'd require collection by the following week, we would require to process your order by 4 p.m. on the Wednesday of the week before your collection (Applicable to Envelopes, NCR Booklets, Hand Fans, Gift Boxes & Tent Cards)
- Collection of products may take 1-2 days longer if there are 2 or more public holidays (non-working days) in the week after the order OR if the order is placed on a weekend.
- Daily cut-off time: 4 p.m. Payment made after 4 p.m. will be considered as next working day order.
- An email will be sent once the products are ready for collection.
- There may be a slight colour variance in the final product and the file submitted for printing. Due to the nature of CMYK offset printing, colour variation of up to 10% of the original colour is acceptable.
- All printed materials are required to be collected within 3 weeks or 21 calendar days from date of email sent regarding the collection or else they will be disposed of without prior notice.
Express Printing (Temporarily Not Available)
- Express printing is available for the following products on selected days only:
- Business Card (With & Without Matt Lamination - 260gsm)
- Customers with orders and payment confirmed on Friday (by 12 p.m.) will be able to collect their name cards by Sunday night.
- Business Card (With Single Side Spot UV - 260gsm)
- Customers with orders and payment confirmed on Thursday (by 12 p.m.) will be able to collect their name cards by Sunday night.
- 50% surcharge on the listed price to be applied for all express printing.
- Applicable when there is no public holidays on all days (beginning from day of confirmed order and payment)
- Client is required to specify that the order requires express printing.
- Please check with us whether express printing is available for that week before placing your order.
- Business Cards & Business Card Sized Stickers
- Delivery is charged at S$20 per location for courier (to all areas except those specified below) and S$5 per location for SingPost SmartPac. SingPost SmartPac is only applicable for orders of 12 boxes and below. Orders of 13-24 boxes can be separated into 2 parcels upon request for SingPost SmartPac (Total Price: S$10).
- Free delivery for orders above S$200.
- All Other Products
- Delivery is charged at S$20 per location (except areas specified in point 3) for courier. Additional lead time is required for all delivery.
- Free delivery for orders above S$500.
- Delivery is charged at S$30 per location for the following areas: Mandai, Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang, Lim Chu Kang, Jurong and Tuas.
- Additional lead time required for all delivery
- Free delivery for flyers only applicable for products listed on our website listed in the respective sizes and quantities. Customised orders are not entitled for this promotion.
- All prices quoted are NETT, single design and self-collection at East Village (430 Upper Changi Road, Singapore 487048).
- Bank transfer for all payments to our OCBC current account is highly recommended. Please state the invoice number if you are making your payment via bank transfer. Alternatively, you may drop by East Village to make your payments in either cash or cheque. Do inform us beforehand the time you will be arriving to submit your payment.
