Artwork
- Kindly refer to the respective product webpages for the artwork submission requirements
- We only accept the following formats for artwork: PSD/JPEG/PNG/PDF. PSD file is highly recommended for us to directly view the image size and other details.
- NO changes to your order are allowed to be made once your order has been processed.
Your order will only be processed after artwork and payment confirmation. - Additional fees depending on the complexity (if applicable) may be charged should the file submitted not comply with our artwork submission requirements.
Billing Details
- Invoice will be emailed to client once artwork is approved
- Billing details include address, name, company, phone number and email address.
Collection of Products
- Please take note that the lead time below is not applicable currently. Do check with us on the tentative date your order will be ready especially during this period.
- Express Printing is available for some products only. There will be an express fee levied if you require the printed materials slightly earlier.
- Our typical lead time is 4-13 calendar days (after artwork and payment confirmation) for the printed materials to be either ready for collection or delivery if the order is placed on a working day. It depends on the type and specifications of the product as well as the day the order is processed. Please check with us for the tentative collection/delivery day before you place your order.
- Kindly note that if you'd require collection by the following week, we would require to process your order by 4 p.m. on the Friday of the week before your collection (Applicable to Business Cards - Except Frosted Plastic Cards, Flyers, Letterheads, Stickers, Booklets & Invitation Cards).
- Kindly note that if you'd require collection by the following week, we would require to process your order by 4 p.m. on the Thursday of the week before your collection (Applicable to Car Decals)
- Kindly note that if you'd require collection by the following week, we would require to process your order by 4 p.m. on the Wednesday of the week before your collection (Applicable to Envelopes, NCR Booklets, Corporate Paper Folders, Hand Fans, L-Shape Folders, Gift Boxes & Tent Cards)
- Collection of products may take 1-2 days longer if there is 1 or more public holidays (non-working days) in the week after the order OR if the order is placed on a weekend.
- Daily (Working Day) cut-off time: 4 p.m. Payment made after 4 p.m. will be considered as next working day order.
- Daily (Working Day) cut-off time for T-shirts only: 10 a.m. Payment made after 10 a.m. will be considered as next working day order.
- An email will be sent once the products are ready for collection.
- There may be a slight colour variance in the final product and the file submitted for printing. Due to the nature of CMYK offset printing, colour variation of up to 10% of the original colour is acceptable.
- All printed materials are required to be collected within 3 weeks or 21 calendar days from date of email sent regarding the collection or else they will be disposed of without prior notice.
Delivery
- Business Cards
- SingPost SmartPac: S$5 per location. Applicable for orders of 9 boxes and below. Orders of 9-18 boxes can be separated into 2 parcels upon request. (Total Price: S$10). W.e.f. 01/11/2019, SmartPac parcels will only be delivered to the letterbox only.
- Courier: S$20 per location for courier
- * Delivery location must be easily accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) if the location is not on the ground floor or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.
- Staircase Delivery Fees
Additional S$10 per item transported to a non lift-accessible storey. For example, a delivery comprising of 2 cartons of NCR booklets to a non lift-accessible third storey will incur an additional fee of S$20.
If your order qualifies for free delivery, additional fees will apply if the delivery location is not easily accessible per the above criteria.
Fees for re-delivery or cancellation will apply. - Free delivery for orders above S$200.
- All Other Products
- Courier: S$20 per location for courier
- * Delivery location must be easily accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) if the location is not on the ground floor or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.
** Please note that request to place/arrange the printed materials on shelves etc will not be entertained. - Staircase Delivery Fees

- Additional lead time required for all delivery.
- Free delivery for flyers only applicable for products listed on our website listed in the respective sizes and quantities. Customised orders are not entitled for this promotion.
Prices
- All prices quoted are NETT, single design and self-collection at East Village (430 Upper Changi Road, Singapore 487048).
- Bank transfer (Internet or ATM) for all payments to our OCBC current account is highly recommended. Please state the invoice number if you are making your payment via bank transfer. Alternatively, you may issue and deposit a cheque at an OCBC bank with cheque deposit facility.
- DO NOT make payment via over the counter (OTC) cash deposits as a S$20 transaction fee will have to be borne by you before we proceed with the printing.
- Full payment to be made upon confirmation for all orders.
Express Printing (Temporarily Not Available)
- Express printing is available for the following products on selected days only:
- Business Card (With & Without Matt Lamination - 260gsm)
- Customers with orders and payment confirmed on Friday (by 12 p.m.) will be able to collect their name cards by Sunday night.
- Business Card (With Single Side Spot UV - 260gsm)
- Customers with orders and payment confirmed on Thursday (by 12 p.m.) will be able to collect their name cards by Sunday night.
- 50% surcharge on the listed price to be applied for all express printing.
- Applicable when there is no public holidays on all days (beginning from day of confirmed order and payment)
- Client is required to specify that the order requires express printing.
- Please check with us whether express printing is available for that week before placing your order.
